S.I Ear Care

Soraiya is a fully qualified Audiologist & Ear Care Specialist and gained her degree at Aston University in 2012. Since then she has been practicing as an NHS Audiologist at 2 NHS Trusts, currently at University Hospitals Derby & Burton. In 2016 after completing training in Ear Wax Microsuction, she used this qualification to set up her own private ear care clinic, S.I Ear Care, specialising in all types of ear wax removal and custom made hearing protection. Soraiya runs her private clinic along side working in the NHS part time.

To date she has conducted over 30,000 ear examinations NHS and private combined.

Ear wax microsuction is a modern ear-cleaning procedure that removes excess earwax using a gentle, low-pressure suction device.
Ear-syringing, forceps and dry removal tools are also used dependant on the anatomy of the ear canal and viscosity of the ear wax or debris present.
